Your Weekly Tarot Reading: October 5-11, 2020

We all could use a little confidence boost right now, and the cards are here to bring it to us this week! It is so important to believe in yourself and your abilities as you face the major decisions you need to make right now. Remember that you are doing your best with the information that is available to you at this moment.

Aries: Six of Swords

Have you been stuck in a cycle of engaging in the same argument over and over again? Well, I have some good news for you, Aries, because you are now making some headway! Whether it is because you are communicating differently or the other person found a shift in perspective, the recent tumult is coming to a conclusion! Expect feelings of peace and serenity as you reach new breakthroughs with those you had previously been conflicted with.

Taurus: Ten of Cups Reversed

Have you been feeling disconnected from your loved ones lately, Taurus? Finding new ways to stay in touch and feel close to those who are far away is crucial right now. Set aside time this week for a family catch up on Zoom or a socially distanced picnic with friends you have not seen in a while. Reigniting those bonds will remind you of the abundance of love all around you, even when the people you care about are far away.

Gemini: Nine of Pentacles Reversed

WOW, you are such a major hustler, Gemini! You have been working SO hard, but when was the last time you took a moment to enjoy yourself? What is the point of working all the time if you never take a break to have fun? Remember what (and who!) is truly important to you. It is probably not going to be found in your bank account balance.

Cancer: Ace of Coins Reversed

Watch your expenditures, Cancer! Now is not the time to make any large investments. Focus more on saving rather than spending so you will be ready if an unexpected financial circumstance arises out of the blue. Planning for the future will give you the confidence to know you can handle whatever is thrown your way.

Prepare for what’s ahead with your October horoscope

Leo: The Magician

This is a time of great creative inspiration for you! Wherever you put your focus now will be sure to flourish and blossom beyond your wildest expectations. It is time to dive in and sharpen your skills simply by doing and experiencing. The only obstacle holding you back is you! Be confident and believe in yourself so you can make your dreams a reality.

Virgo: Four of Swords

It’s time to rejuvenate, Virgo! You have been so preoccupied with helping everyone around you handle their challenges, that you have neglected to create space for your own issues. Try spending some time next week creating some space for yourself! Take a break in order to gather your strength and re-access your priorities. This respite will allow you to regroup and get right back to helping others.

Libra: Wheel of Fortune

Luck is on your side so make the most of it! The universe is aligned with you and working to help you attain your goals. What do you wish to put into action? What changes do you desire? Set new intentions and create manageable plans to make your dreams come true.

Scorpio: The Star Reversed

Are you feeling uninspired, Scorpio? Do not lose hope! Creative inspiration comes and goes, and the more you try to force it, the harder it is to find. Spend time being quiet and focusing on relaxation. Take a walk, read a book, create a new playlist of your favorite songs. Enjoy the beauty around you! When you least expect it, inspiration will strike you.

Sagittarius: Six of Wands Reversed

Have you been feeling like you are letting down everyone around you? First of all, you are not disappointing anyone except yourself and your own expectations! We all have self-doubt but being overly harsh and critical as you are now will not be beneficial for you! Cut out that negative self-talk and do not be afraid to seek support from your inner circle. This will give you the strength you need in order to believe in yourself again.

Capricorn: Justice

You cannot put it off any longer, Capricorn, because it is now time to finally make a decision. You have been carefully weighing your options, but at some point, you need to stop pondering about all of the possibilities and just start doing! Have the confidence in yourself to know what whatever you decide will be the right choice.

Aquarius: Five of Cups

Sometimes situations do not go as we had hoped for or expected and when that happens, it is totally okay to be disappointed, sad, and filled with regret. HOWEVER, Aquarius, it is not helpful or beneficial for you to wallow in these feelings. Know when it’s time to move on and seek out new opportunities. (This week is that time!!)

Pisces: Seven of Swords

The truth is being revealed, and now is the time for you to break free to go your own way. This is your reminder that you do not need the opinions of others to make your decisions right now. Go inward, examine your own behavior and motivations, and have the confidence to make the best decisions for yourself right now.
