Your Weekly Tarot Reading for October 8–14, 2023: Change Is Possible.
As we move further into fall and deeper into October, we begin to slow down, turn inwards, and feel more introspective. Don’t let this measured pace deter you from your dreams or feel like nothing is happening! We all need moments to reflect, and always being on the move isn’t sustainable. Use this time to consider what needs to change, what path to take, and to look into what needs more attention now and move forward through this season.
Our intuitively pulled Tarot cards highlight the tension in the air but provide a helpful reminder not to succumb to any supposed sense of urgency: You have time, so use it wisely! Don’t rush into anything right now, including snap judgments of others and situations that are merely beginning to unfold! Don’t limit yourself to the same old story you’ve always told yourself because you can always change the direction you’re headed in. If you need extra support as you expand, all you have to do is ask! Help is available all around you.
Read on for this week’s Tarotscopes with divinely guided insight into your week ahead!
Aries: Temperance
Hold tight, Aries. You might feel a sense of urgency to make a move or push something along in a faster timeline, but that won’t serve you well here. Not everything has to be so dramatic or extreme. Some situations just need to play out and run their course. Try to be patient.
MO RE TAROT: How to read and use Tarot.
Taurus: Justice
Reserve your opinions, Taurus. Everyone wants your attention and involvement in all matters of their affairs this week, but is it completely necessary? Probably not, but sometimes a little drama, especially someone else’s, can be a little fun. Just observe and listen, but don’t offer any commentary so you can stay above the fray.
Gemini: Three of Wands
Expand your horizons, Gemini. It’s time to get out of your comfort zone and look elsewhere to try something new, especially if you feel bored or somewhat stuck in the mundane of your usual groove. If you take a chance and go for it, you will be pleasantly surprised by the opportunities you find for yourself.
Cancer: The Tower Reversed
Let’s start over, Cancer. Some situations really can’t be salvaged, and if you continue to try to patch it up and move on, you are only creating more problems as you delay the inevitable. Stop fixing the leaks, scrap it, and let it go. Starting anew is more worth of your energy.

Leo: Four of Cups Reversed
Accept assistance, Leo. If you are going through it or feeling overwhelmed by the pressure you have been experiencing, it’s time to take a little time out and ask for help. You don’t need to handle everything on your own! Lean on those who care about you and let them know where you are currently struggling.
Virgo: Page of Cups
Get creative, Virgo. This is a lovely time to express yourself, so get out the art supplies at home or gather some friends for a paint and sip. Don’t be precious about it; just have fun! Allow yourself to be more playful and colorful so the inspiration can really flow.
Libra: The Moon
Proceed with caution, Libra. If your intuition is telling you that something feels off, then you must pay attention to that nagging feeling. Observe, listen, and move slowly. You will get the information you need soon, and all will be revealed, so don’t make any big moves until then.
MORE TAROT: What should you expect at work?
Scorpio: Five of Pentacles
Ask for help, Scorpio. The fear of rejection or the shame of admitting that you need a little extra support is nothing to beat yourself over. Everyone struggles sometimes, and denying it to yourself only makes it worse and unmanageable. Don’t let it go any farther before you reach out to something you trust.
Sagittarius: Nine of Cups
Release your limitations, Sagittarius. It’s good to let yourself want something! Don’t be afraid of jinxing it or thinking it’s too much or too good to be true because it can be this good. Go after what you really want this week, and don’t hold yourself back with any doubts.
Capricorn: The Devil Reversed
Let it go, Capricorn. If something that should be fun is starting to feel like anything but joyous, then it’s time to take a good, hard look at why you are continuing down this path. This could be your sign that this has expired and should be cut loose.

Aquarius: Two of Wands
Take your time, Aquarius. When you are faced with a big decision (as you are right now), the best perspective you can take is to trust the process. Why rush this moment when there really is no sense of urgency? Be careful and considerate so you can make the best choice.
Pisces: Seven of Wands Reversed
Relax and regroup, Pisces. At times, it might feel like the world is out to get you, but that’s not actually the case here. Think of this moment as more of a signal of total burnout! And the best way to combat that feeling is to take a much-needed break to recharge.
