Your Weekly Tarot Reading for March 5–11, 2023: Practical Magic
Welcome to a new week! Tuesday’s full moon in Virgo aligns the intuitive and dreamy nature of Pisces with Virgo’s ability to organize and be practical. When these two energies combine, major magic can happen — as long as the desire to be perfect doesn’t get in the way and impede progress before anything truly begins. It’s important to remember that there is no such thing as total “perfection.” Who needs all of that additional stress striving for an ideal that can never be attained?
Life exists in the grimy, chaotic details, and beauty is found in the unique moments and supposed flaws. Try something new with this full moon. Even if it becomes an epic disaster, you will still learn something about yourself!
These energetic sentiments are echoed through our intuitively pulled Tarot cards whose messages remind us to adjust our expectations, let go of what we cannot control, and focus more on what truly matters most to us. With a shift of perspective, a mistake can become a powerful lesson so embrace the supposed flaws and celebrate your quirks. Who wants to be cookie-cutter anyway? It’s far more enjoyable to be distinctive and a little messy
Read on for this week’s Tarotscopes with guidance to set your full moon intentions accordingly.
Aries: King of Wands Reversed
Adjust your expectations, Aries. Perfection is an ideal that will prove challenging to meet, and it’s wonderful to be ambitious. However, if you try to do too much at once thinking it will all come together flawlessly, you will most likely lose any sense of motivation to keep trying. Scale back a bit.

Aquarius: Three of Cups
Lighten up, Aquarius! Stress has been high lately as work has been demanding all of your energy and attention. Just because you are busy doesn’t mean you have to be so serious, too! An attitude of all work and no play is catching up to you this week, so now it’s time to prioritize having fun.
Pisces: Eight of Cups Reversed
Follow your heart, Pisces. If you’re feeling plagued by indecision this week, don’t indulge in anything that will wind up making you feel even more confused!
