Your Weekly Tarot Reading for July 7–13, 2024: Put Yourself First!
This week’s intuitively pulled Tarot cards reflect the crucial Cancerian themes of self-care via reminders to tend to our energetic needs by realizing the value of our time. This could mean creating boundaries, raising our standards for what is tolerable, or indulging in more rest and relaxation at home.
You are so valuable; your time and energy are precious, and it’s important to own your worth. When you set that standard, you can know the limits with others, share what’s considered acceptable, and put proper plans into place with clarity, free of resentment! Everything will feel so much better moving forward from here.

Aries: Nine of Pentacles Reversed
Raise your standards, Aries. Sometimes, we put up with certain situations or behaviors for so long that we don’t even realize how far we have strayed from the values we usually uphold. If you have become resentful of tolerating something that is truly beneath you, this is time to make a major change that reflects that you deserve better.

Taurus: Ace of Cups
Lead with love, Taurus. Let your softness shine through your tough exterior this week as you lean into the mushy moments of your emotions! If you feel something deeply, be sure to express it, even if you feel vulnerable doing so. Why keep these sentiments to yourself when they are meant to be shared?
Gemini: The Emperor Reversed
Embrace flexibility, Gemini. When things don’t go according to plan, or you need to do a last-minute switcheroo this week, try to just go with it as you reroute into a new direction. Think of it as a spontaneous adventure! Being rigid and remaining focused on what went wrong is totally pointless.
Cancer: Six of Pentacles
What goes around, comes around, Cancer. What we put out is always returned to us, so expect to see some tangible signs of karma this week as kindness is bestowed upon you in unexpected places. Accept what’s offered to you; it’s wonderfulto receive help when you didn’t even realize you needed it.

Leo: Nine of Swords Reversed
Focus on self-care, Leo. You have run yourself ragged the past few weeks, and now it is prime time to nurture yourself and prioritize an energetic recharge for your mind, body, and soul by slowing down and taking it easy. Cancel your social obligations so you can rest and recuperate.
Virgo: Five of Swords
Pick your battles, Virgo. When it comes to disagreements this week, you may unequivocally be absolutely right about everything in your own mind, but do you really need to express that in every situation? That could get downright annoying, even for you. Sometimes, it’s better to agree to disagree rather than engage.
Libra: The Hierophant Reversed
Follow your instincts, Libra. Everyone else is telling you to do this, but you would much prefer to do that. Your loved ones might think they know best, but the only expectations you need to meet are your own. Do what feels right to you, and don’t worry about outside opinions.

Scorpio: Seven of Swords
Trust your intuition, Scorpio. If something feels off this week, then most likely it is! Instead of giving the benefit of the doubt, go with your first instincts on this one. Remain cautious, proceed slowly, and gather the facts before committing to anything further. The last thing you need right now is to align with deception.
Sagittarius: The Sun
See the bright side, Sagittarius. No matter what comes your way this week, whether it’s a minor frustration or a major win via unexpected good news, keeping an optimistic attitude will ensure that the highs and lows flow with ease. Try to embrace every opportunity as a wonderful learning experience.
Capricorn: Four of Swords Reversed
Prioritize your rest, Capricorn. If you don’t feel like socializing or going out much this week, then by all means, stay in! If you have been lacking in sleep and feeling exhausted, this is a wonderful time just to chill and take it easy in order to replenish your energy.

Honor the golden rule, Aquarius. This week calls on every bit of your well of compassion as everyone closest to you appears to need a little more tender loving care, patience, and understanding. If situations feel overwhelming and you are unsure what to do, simply treat others as you wish to be treated under duress.
Pisces: Queen of Swords Reversed
Know when to say no, Pisces. Everyone wants a favor this week, but that doesn’t mean you must grant it! If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it, and stick to your guns unapologetically. It’s good to set a limit and not let anyone wear you down simply because they cannot respect your boundaries.
