Welcome Spring (And Growth) With Your Aries Season Tarotscope
As the sun shifts into Aries, spirit offers an encompassing message for all signs to ponder. Picture icicles thawing and fresh leaves catching the droplets of water. There is a feeling of growth, spring, and the (natural) warming of Mother Earth.
Our past experiences, though frigid and difficult, can actually bring new life. By healing and transmuting heartbreaks, failures, disappointments, we give ourselves the chance to be reborn. The key is to find the lessons in the past, to not hold on to the hurts, and to let experiences move through us.
As the ice becomes water, allow what was to transform so that it may nurture us and fuel us to forge ahead in the next cycle of our life.
Your intuited Tarotscope will help you tune into what your soul needs to focus on or address during this Aries season. Read with your sun, moon, and rising signs in mind.
What do the stars have in store for you this year?
ARIES
Queen of Wands and King of Cups
Dear Aries, during your birth season, you are asked to embody the nurturing quality of fire and the powerful force of water.
The Queen of Wands is warmth and grace, her fire burns gently and steadily. Her charisma radiates and attracts others like moths to a flame. She has a beauty not dependent on her physical appearance, but her glowing aura. The King of Cups is emotional depth. He wants to know you—not what you do and who you hang out with, but instead what inspires you, what brings you joy, what hardships from the past brought you here.
The Queen asks you to carry quiet confidence, to be authentic in who you are, as there is no need to boast or seek attention. The King asks you to connect with others on a deeper level, to see past a person’s presentation, and into their soul.
TAURUS
The Hanged Man and 6 of Pentacles
Dear Taurus, this Aries season it is time to pause and carefully examine your beliefs around the universal principles of giving and receiving.
The 6 of Pentacles is about generosity and charity—whether you are the one doing the offering or the one on the receiving end. Gifts, money, and favors are all forms of energy, and energy wants to move, and expand, and transform. If you fear scarcity, you block the energy of giving, if you feel unworthy, you block the energy of receiving.
The Hanged Man invites you to look inward, to be aware of how you feel when someone asks you for assistance, any sort of assistance, and to be aware of how you feel when others try to help and assist you. To be in alignment with abundance, we must prove to ourselves and the universe that we can give without expectation, and we can receive without shame.
GEMINI
5 of Swords and The Star
Dear Gemini, this Aries season it is time to forgive, not because what happened to you was okay, but because you owe it to yourself to feel better.
The 5 of Swords validates that at some point in the past, we have all been involved in conflict and turmoil. We’ve engaged in heated arguments, we have dragged each other through the mud and destroyed each other’s characters. The Star calls you to forgive, to forgive others or to forgive yourself. Because on the other side of hurt and anger, there is light, there is healing, there is hope—and beauty.
It is in your power to receive this grace, we cannot change the past, but with intention, we can send healing energy to what happened, and to everyone involved. It is your choice whether you want to stay in your turmoil—or let it all go.
These Tarot cards will make your love life magical!
CANCER
10 of Swords and 3 of Swords
Dear Cancer, this Aries season let us look deeply within to uncover the hurts we still hold on to. We call it heartbreak because that is what it literally feels like. It feels as if our hearts are being stabbed, cut open, left to bleed and suffer.
The 3 of Swords knows this pain, and it knows that it is a part of life, part of the contrasts.
The 10 of Swords offers relief from this pain, not through forgetting it or pretending like it wasn’t as severe as it was, but through acknowledging that we have gone through it, and we are transformed because of it.
Be aware of how we keep picking at the scab, preventing the wound from healing. Perhaps the pain will not fully go away, not yet, but through acceptance and insight, we can find the hidden gifts in these tragic experiences. We can acknowledge the strength we gained, and the new person we have become.
LEO
Queen of Cups and 4 of Pentacles
Dear Leo, this Aries season become aware of your motivations. Do you aspire out of fear or out of love?
The 4 of Pentacles speaks to attachment—to money, to material things, to a false sense of security. Are we driven only by what we can physically attain? The Queen of Cups asks us to balance our quest for material abundance, which in itself is not wrong, with heart and spirit. She is nurturing, intuitive, loving and spiritually minded.
There is a reason why even the most famous and rich feel empty. It is because money does not fill your soul. Helping others, healing others, caring for others, guiding others, connecting. This is what it’s about.
It is time to be mindful of our aspirations. It is time to put our efforts into what truly matters, whatever that means for you.
VIRGO
10 of Pentacles and Page of Wands
Dear Virgo, this Aries season ask yourself what “making it” means to you. For a lot of people, it used to be a nice house, a fast car, a beautiful family, a 401k, and retirement at an early age. It is okay to strive for this, but consciousness is changing.
The 10 of Pentacles asks us to review what would make us truly happy? What would make us feel like we truly made it? Not by society’s standards, but by our own. The Page of Wands invites fun and adventure into this inquiry. She wants us to be free, to not buy into what everyone tells us happiness should be.
What is your version of a happy home, a harmonious family, a successful career, a life fulfilled?
LIBRA
The Sun and The Chariot
Dear Libra, this Aries season, you are invited to move forward toward the next chapter of your life with joy and vitality.
The Sun blesses you with clarity, optimism, and warmth. This does not mean that everything will be magical all of the time, but it does mean that no matter what happens, you know you will always be okay. You understand that the dark nights and destructive storms always give way to bright, clear skies.
The Chariot assists you in moving through whatever you are experiencing with power and conviction. If you are facing difficulties at this time, tap into the warrior inside to conquer your obstacles. If your life is wonderful at the moment, tap into the present, be in your physical body, and express your appreciation.
Celebrate life, and even if things are hard for you, celebrate the knowing that it is only temporary. Have faith and shift your perspective, you will have the opportunity to make things better because it is your divine right to experience happiness.
SCORPIO
Ace of Wands and The Fool
Dear Scorpio, this Aries season is the true start of your new year.
If you feel that the new year has been heavy and dark, the Ace of Wands and The Fool make an appearance to signify new energy, new excitement, and new beginnings.
Know that these are only invitations, the fire of the Ace of Wands is the spark of inspiration, but you have to feed the fire, you have to put the effort, and it is your responsibility to push forward to fruition. The Fool marks this new cycle—carry only what you can, there is no room for oversized baggage. The Fool asks you to be light, to integrate the wisdom from the past, but to not be caged by it. Be open to taking risks, be open to the unknown, be like a child, wide-eyed and curious, ready to take on the world.
SAGITTARIUS
3 of Wands and Strength
Dear Sagittarius, this Aries season you have the opportunity to expand and make progress, and if it doesn’t make you a little bit anxious or scared, you aren’t challenging yourself enough.
The 3 of Wands is about direction, a plan of action, and doing all you can to follow through on your goals. How amazing it is when you are in the zone when everything is working out just as you had planned. You can feel the momentum, and nothing can stop you, you are emboldened and energized.
However, what if something unexpected happens? What if you begin to feel fear? What if an aspect of your goal completely falls apart? The Strength card lends her power to assist you, to remind you of the importance of perseverance. When we hit a roadblock, we can maneuver around it, plow through it, climb over it, or even dig under it. On your journey, Strength asks you to be nimble, to be flexible, and to know that these difficulties will only make you wiser and more capable.
Is a soulmate in the cards for you?
CAPRICORN
Justice and 8 of Swords
Dear Capricorn, this Aries season you are being guided to release the beliefs and patterns that limit your growth.
The Justice card deals with fairness, truth, and balance. It also asks us to take responsibility for where we are and to review how our past actions have led us to our present circumstance, whether positive or negative.
With the 8 of Swords —which deals with false entrapment and blocked energy usually by our own cause—we must look at the ways we have held ourselves back. Ask yourself if you ever stopped yourself from asking that person out, or going after that promotion, or speaking your truth, because you justified in your head that you weren’t attractive enough, or qualified, or that no one wanted to hear what you had to say.
Let’s put our ego on trial and take our power back. You are truly the only one who can make you feel small, and you are truly the only one who can make you understand your worth.
AQUARIUS
2 of Swords and The Emperor
Dear Aquarius, this Aries season you are guided to lead yourself—to carefully weigh your options then stand by your choices.
The 2 of Swords often signifies indecision, lack of clarity, and the need to gain more information before choosing a path. It is okay to take your time to do this, but once you do, have conviction. It is a waste of time and energy to always go back and forth to wallow in regret.
The Emperor stands by you and reassures you that even if you made the wrong decision, there is a reason. There is something you needed to learn. He does not see failure, only opportunities to evolve.
I am reminded of two people walking down the street at opposite directions, they stop in front of each other and no one makes a move, both are too afraid to go one way or another because they may collide. The Emperor declares it is better to collide than to stand in hesitation. Choose, and have conviction—failure is never a reason to not do something.
PISCES
The Devil and Ace of Cups
Dear Pisces, this Aries season open up and explore the darker aspects of who you are.
We live in a world of duality, of contrasts. The Devil signifies our shadow self, the part that wants to experience pleasure. The Ace of Cups signifies an open heart, compassion, and love.
If we create a healthier relationship with what we judge as dark, we can learn to live with our whole being, instead of shutting that side away. Sex is good for the body. Anger is good for empowerment. Discernment allows us to move toward our truth.
However, sex can also lead to addiction, anger can also fester into hatred, and discernment can also turn into judgment. Be mindful of your habits and be compassionate and loving towards your entire being as you learn to achieve balance.
