ARIES

10 of Pentacles and Page of Cups

Dear Aries, this Virgo season, the 10 of Pentacles and the Page of Cups invite you to embark on a journey to connect with your roots.

The 10 of Pentacles is often described as depicting financial and familial stability, but it’s deeper than that. It is about heritage, identity, ancestral wisdom, and how you can integrate the past into the present. The Page of Cups heralds curiosity and creativity and often brings a message that fills your heart and imagination.

There is great power in knowing where you came from. The page of cups acts as a gateway, awakening your intuition to connect you with your ancestors. It is not about having national pride, it is about understanding how you got to where you are, expressing gratitude for the efforts of your ancestors, or healing the wounds caused by them. It is about calling to their spirits for help and guidance, building a relationship with them, accessing the healers, teachers, shamans, pioneers, and adventurers to empower you and to understand more of who you are. Ask them for healing, ask them for signs, ask them for clarity, ask them to show you the way, and be open to when and how the messages come.

TAURUS

The Moon and The Tower

Dear Taurus, this Virgo season, The Moon and The Tower invite you to seek the hidden meanings behind events of your life that are out of your control.

The Moon calls us to pay attention to what we can’t see. She asks us to use our intuition, our dream state to gain valuable information internally and externally. The Tower asks us to surrender to a higher power, knowing that the events that shake or destroy our sense of security happen to challenge us and to help us grow.

Look to the painful and devastating events of our past: the job that we worked so hard to get but crushed our hopes, the partner we thought we would be with forever but who broke our hearts, the illness that forced us to seek help. In those moments, all we could see was darkness. Now, take time to uncover the blessings that each of them offered. Did they push you away from the path you were walking and bring you closer to where you are meant to be? Did they inspire you to fight, and help you realize the strength inherent within? How did they serve you? How did they change you for the better?

GEMINI

Ace of Cups and The Hermit

Dear Gemini, this Virgo season, the Ace of Cups and The Hermit invite you to look for love, fulfillment, and connection within.

The Ace of Cups asks you to open your heart. It heralds a time of emotional fulfillment and excitement—that deep, swelling warmth of gratitude and love. The Hermit asks you to be with yourself. There is a difference between feeling lonely and spending time alone. Sometimes we must ask others for help, and other times we must help ourselves.

Love yourself—you’ve heard this thousands of times before. Loving yourself is a life-long practice, and there is no finish line. The Ace of Cups and The Hermit encourage you to find what is missing by diving deeper into yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be compassionate toward yourself. Be supportive to yourself when you fail, congratulate yourself when you win. Let love radiate from your very being, let it radiate outward and inward. How can you show yourself the same love and care you show your friends, partner, or family members? It is so wonderful and magical to fall in love with someone—but it is even more wonderful and magical to fall in love with you.

CANCER

Queen of Pentacles and Justice

Dear Cancer, this Virgo season the Queen of Pentacles and Justice invite you to begin your journey toward physical healing and to customize it to your needs.

The Queen of Pentacles asks us to nurture our physical needs. She wants us to eat foods that nourish us, create a home that replenishes us, seek exercise that rejuvenates us, and have passion that excites us. Justice asks us to seek our truth—what works for us may not work for others.

Use the energy of Justice to logically determine what health regimens will resonate with you. You want to adopt a practice that will provide you with longevity. The goal is long-term healing and self-care. Plainly, Justice states that the way you treat your body sends a message to the universe about how you want to be treated. This is not about being a specific size, avoiding specific foods, or anything that is shaming. Trendy fitness clubs and rigid diets are not the answers and don’t be swayed by celebrities or influencers who make you feel like you are not enough. The Queen of Pentacles wants you to cultivate a life where you are taking loving care of your sacred vessel, she wants you to feel at home in your body. Determine what this means for you.

LEO

3 of Pentacles and Strength

Dear Leo, this Virgo season the 3 of Pentacles and Strength invite you to surrender your pride and ego and know that sometimes you have to be the passenger instead of the driver.

The 3 of Pentacles is the card of teamwork, collaboration, and apprenticeship. Strength asks you to tap into your higher self, to be powerful but gentle, to have conviction but be flexible.

We are infinite beings of light, and we are extraordinary beyond measure, but alas, we cannot do everything alone. It takes strength to admit when we need help. It takes strength to call upon people wiser, or stronger, or more skilled than us. It takes strength to know when to be a leader, and when to follow; when to be a teacher, and when to be a student. When you’ve done all you can, trust in those who can push you, or the goal, forward. Work with others who think differently, who have different expertise, and who come from different backgrounds. The more you expose yourself to that which is unfamiliar, the more your soul expands.

VIRGO

King of Swords and Page of Wands

Dear Virgo, happy birthday! During your birth season, the King of Swords and the Page of Wands invite you to find the balance between authority and childlike wonder.

The King of Swords asks you to hone your intellect, lead with facts and the known truths, and use your genius and analytical prowess. The Page of Wands asks you to be open to possibilities—to think of what could be, even if you don’t know exactly how yet.

It is not enough to be knowledgeable, to be studied, to have a brilliant and logical mind. It is not enough to be excited, to be inspired with no direction, to have ideas but no follow-through. The Page of Wands is the fire, and the King of Swords is the wind that fans the flame and helps it rise. When inspiration strikes, it is like lightning; these moments of inspiration are gifts from the divine. But we have to ride this energy, and not let it pass. The Page of Wands signals this magic moment, and the King of Swords arrives to support its practical implementation.

LIBRA

2 of Pentacles and The Hanged Man

Dear Libra, this Virgo season the 2 of Pentacles and The Hanged Man invite you to find stillness in the midst of your daily chaos.

The 2 of Pentacles shows a figure juggling two coins and speaks to the multiple things we must do in our everyday lives just to keep us afloat. The Hanged Man speaks to inaction—looking at things from a different perspective, and waiting for the right time.

Often, we are so caught up in keeping all the balls in the air, making sure we tend to all our responsibilities, we neglect the importance of taking care of our emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. Can we drop one thing? Will our lives truly be thrown into chaos if we neglect to do one thing that is probably not that necessary? Carve out time to pause and truly understand what is important to you. We complain about not having enough time in a day, but time is relative, and you must give yourself that time, or else all of the things on your to do list will swallow you whole. Sometimes doing nothing, even if for a moment, is the best thing you can do for yourself.

SCORPIO

8 of Wands and Knight of Wands

Dear Scorpio, this Virgo season the 8 of Wands and the Knight of Wands invite you to throw all caution to the wind and charge forward toward your goals.

The 8 of Wands heralds movement in every sense of the word. This can mean physical movement, travel, progress, etc. The Knight of Wands is the card of risk and inspired action. This knight might not know where they will end up, but they know they must be on the move.

Notice opportunities when they present themselves and follow your gut when moving forward. This is not the time to overthink or to think about the ifs, ands, or buts. When the door opens, run, don’t walk through it—the 8 of Wands says the door is wide open. There is a difference between making stupid, impulsive decisions and taking advantage of synchronistic or fortunate events. Ask for that promotion, introduce yourself to that beautiful person at the bar, take that vacation you’ve always wanted to take, start that passion project that excites you. The Knight of Wands says trying and failing is better than not trying at all.

SAGITTARIUS

Knight of Swords and Queen of Wands

Dear Sagittarius, this Virgo season the Knight of Swords and the Queen of Wands invite you to discover the power and radiance within.

The Knight of Swords is the energy of air multiplied, a whirlwind of thoughts and ideas. The Queen of Wands is the energy of fire and water. The Queen of Wands is a warm bath, lounging by a river on a hot sunny day. The energy is comforting, sensual, and alive.

Whereas the knight asks us to move, the queen asks us to exude. So, how can we move toward a state of graceful self-confidence? What ideas, beliefs, and philosophies can shine a light on how we present ourselves to the world? Do the thoughts in your head move you toward people, places, and situations that empower you, and allow you to shine like the bright star that you are? The Knight of Swords and the Queen of Wands want to cleanse your mind of any self-limiting garbage. They provide you with swiftness, so that you don’t stay stuck in your old patterns or over analyze anything. They simply say, now is the time to move past self-defeatism and ride toward self-realization. Think of different ways you can step into your power as a radiant, magnetic being of light.

This Tarot reading holds the key to unlocking your love life.

CAPRICORN

Ace of Pentacles and 5 of Cups

Dear Capricorn, this Virgo season the Ace of Pentacles and the 5 of Cups invite you to direct your attention to the promise of growth versus the fear of failure.

The Ace of Pentacles offers new opportunities in the element of earth, which governs finances, physical health, career opportunities, and community. The 5 of Cups offers a shift in perspective—it reminds you that you can choose to focus on the losses, or you can choose to focus on the potential.

It is so much easier to pay attention to what didn’t work out, on how we failed, on our disappointments. But when we do this, we miss out on wonderful opportunities presented to us. The 5 of Cups reminds us that not everything in our life works out as we wanted, but that usually these doors close to teach us a lesson, and so we can experience further lessons. It is okay to mourn, but it is not okay to get stuck. Do not get comfortable playing the victim. The Ace of Pentacles brings the promise of new life. However, we must focus on to what is working, what excites us and what is bringing us joy if want to attract more of that energy.

AQUARIUS

9 of Pentacles and 4 of Pentacles

Dear Aquarius, this Virgo season the 9 of Pentacles and the 4 of Pentacles invite you to find a balance between abundance and conservatism.

The 9 of Pentacles is the card of luxury, financial independence, and enjoying the physical pleasures of this world. The 4 of Pentacles is the card of financial responsibility, protection, and boundaries.

It is wise and suggested to save for a rainy day, have budgets in place, and to put funds in stocks, retirement plans, and the like. However, know that splurging is absolutely okay, too. The key is to know when your saving becomes hoarding and when spending becomes irresponsible. Spend money on things and experiences that make you feel joy and remind you that it’s a blessing to be on this Earth. Save money so you feel a sense of security, so you feel like you are building a strong foundation. Find the flow—life is to be enjoyed. Do not be reckless, and do not be a miser. Be wise with your resources, and also have fun and enjoy frivolity every now and then.

Practice self-mastery with this Tarot card.

PISCES

The Emperor and The Hierophant

Dear Pisces, this Virgo season The Emperor and The Hierophant invite you to merge the divine masculine with divine wisdom.

The Emperor is the father figure—he is the land, the mountain, the trees. He is structure and power and space. The Hierophant is the spiritual teacher. He is the doctrine, the ritual, the monastery.

How can you empower yourself through spirituality? Find spiritual teachings that strengthen you, that fill you with courage and conviction. If what you currently believe or if what you have been taught makes you feel weak, small, or unimportant, then it is not resonating with your soul. Your spiritual beliefs should fill your heart and soul. It should make you feel like you have a purpose—like you have something to fight for and protect. The Emperor and The Hierophant offer you an opportunity to feel connected to all that is, to nature, to source. They declare that the power is within you, you have the power to create, to build your world. If your current doctrine does not inspire you, then you are not done searching.
