Sun Conjunct Mercury: Can Examining our Past Change our Future?
BLUE ICE
The sun is making an inferior conjunction with Mercury while retrograde, making today the perfect day to skillfully work with the past. What if we can use this inferior conjunction to correct something and free ourselves?
Let’s experiment with the idea that we have the power to go within and change our memories and liberate ourselves for a better future. Prepare for a better future with an in-depth reading today!
Find a quiet space and make yourself comfortable. Take one slow, deep breath to reconnect to your own magic. Then dive all the way into this vision and see what happens.
Take another nice deep breath and then suddenly see yourself in a frozen field. An ice storm just passed through, leaving everything lacquered with a layer of shining, pale blue ice. Although the landscape is beautiful, it is eerily still, and nothing is moving.
Begin to walk, your footsteps crunching through the crusty ice and sinking into the soft snow beneath.
You come to a series of large ice sheets standing tall in the snow, each one about ten feet wide by ten feet high. On each sheet of ice, there is an image or scene showing a memory from your past that would be good for you transcend.
Your next step is smashing all these sheets of ice. If you need a rock to throw or a hammer to strike, one will appear in your hand.
(Read this last section, then close your eyes, enter the vision and experience it!)
Go to work.
Feel all the feels. One by one, go up to each vertical sheet of ice, see the old story, the old memory playing out there and then transform it. Shatter every ice sheet that appears to you.
Every time you smash a sheet of ice, you become the one who decides which memories have a hold on you and which ones certainly do not.
When you are done, kneel in the soft snow and watch the shattered pieces of ice float away and up into the sky.
Be un-resistant to any and all emotion that flows through you.
See the sun emerge from behind the clouds, making the snow sparkle and making you feel more than a little bit brand new.
