Find a quiet space and make yourself comfortable. Take one slow, deep breath to reconnect to your own magic. Then dive all the way into this vision and see what happens.

Breathe softly and see yourself in floating inside a beautiful sphere of sparkling, prismatic light rising up into a wide-open night sky, sparkling with billions of stars.

See yourself floating up into the sky, higher and higher into the dark openness, safe in your light.

See yourself rising through layers of different color skies, through different layers of ether.

Now see yourself landing on an empty planet, perfectly safe and looking around.

(Read this last section, then close your eyes, enter the vision and experience it!) This is your own planet.

When you are ready, begin to arrange things here the way you like. If you want mountains, simply point at an area and say “Mountains.” If you want a body of water, simply indicate where you’d like it and say “Water.” If you want a city or an orchard or a desert or a field of flowers, just say what you’d like and watch them appear.

Stretch your imagination further and further. Dream up things that please you and then see if you can add in other things that bring you even more pleasure.

If you want it to be daytime say “Daytime,” or if you want it to be nighttime say “Night.” If you want people or animals or mythical creatures, add them in the same way.

Have fun. Play around, expressing your immense creative power.

Be sure to also immerse yourself in your created environment, tour your planet and let yourself experience and interact with all the goodness you’ve created.
