AUGUST 9: Turning Up The Heat

At 12:48 PM: Mercury enters Leo

The heart of summer turns up the heat as

, roars into confident Leo. Words gain warmth, drama, and flair now. You may find yourself speaking more boldly, telling stories with flourish, or simply wanting to be heard. Your texts get longer. Your opinions arrive with punctuation. This is an excellent stretch for creative writing, public speaking, or pitching an idea with genuine enthusiasm rather than hedging. Stop softening your sentences with maybe and just. Leo's ruling planet is the sun, and under this influence,

as much as information-sharing. How you say it will matter as much as what you say. Just be mindful of dominating conversations or taking feedback too personally. Leo's pride bruises easily under Mercury's sharper edges, and a small correction can land like a verdict if you let it. Speak from the heart, but leave room to listen. Your voice deserves the stage; so does everyone else's.
